NEW YORK June 25th, 2008– Just as Hollywood was getting back on its feet after the writer's strike, the threat of a work stoppage by actors has studios and the entertainment industry in a fit. Studios are putting a hold on production starts for feature movies and TV pilots amid news that the Screen Actors Guild will call a strike immediately after the June 30 expiration date of the current labor deal.
