Had a great game last night at Reefer Poker in the Weekend 420

The game was a $420 Guaranteed with a buy in of $4 + 0.40
paying out the top 3.

What a game it was. I ended up heads up with FORRESTSP aka Forrest_pump from Suited Pockets and was miles behind.
Gradually I pulled back chips with some bluffs and luck then doubled through him to take a 2/1 chip lead. Forrest asked if I wanted a spit when we drew back level but I had to decline as I had just been dealt AA.

The hand played out and I smashed his stack down to 8k giving me a
5/1 lead. Even then forrest said that if he woud win he would give me
the $60 + $6 sattelite seat that was added to the prize pool.

Play continued and my opponent with some great play once again
took control leaving me with a 3/1 ead at the break I think.

Then came another turning point when forrest gobsmaked himsef
by rivering me with a flush nearly busting me.
Then it was my turn to claw back and ride my luck to obtain the lead again.

With the banter flowing and remarks of "British spirit being tough to crack"
I was once again put in my pace by a superior player until finally my all in AK got cracked after an hour or so of heads up.

FORRESTSP was good to his word and 10 mins later the $60 + $6
satt coupon was in my account as was the $126 for 2nd place.

It was just after 1230 am with the game lasting 3hrs with just 22 players
in it. The pokerpeople freeroll had just started and I was in for another long game finishing 4th at 330am

Got a great weekend lined up now with the WSOP Monthly Final Friday night and the 20k Guaranteed on Sunday
