UMOO
UMOO is the leading fantasy stock trading game, offering the thrill and profit opportunity of the financial markets in a unique competitive format.
It's an alternative, virtual stock market contest where risk is minimal and the opportunity to win is real.
Traders pay a fee (buy-in) in order to enter a tournament of their choice, where they receive virtual money with which to build and cultivate virtual portfolios based on real-time stock market quotes in competitive trading tournaments.
The objective of the players is to earn the highest returns on their portfolios. Throughout the tournament, players are benchmarked against others in real time; at the end of the tournament the winners are those with the highest returns relative to the other traders in the tournament.
The winners receive cash prizes according to the payout structure of the tournament.
Real-time market data and a variety of information & research/reference tools are offered on the UMOO platform to help traders make informed dynamic decisions while trading, as well as all the trading tools of the real markets, including limit and stop loss orders and the ability to sell short.
In sum, traders on UMOO can both develop and deploy trading skills for fun and profit.
Who is UMOO for?
UMOO is for everyone with an interest in financial markets, from those who have experience and want a fun, unique, alternative platform to play the markets, to those who have interest in them and want to gain experience with a known, fixed downside risk.
We call it 'The thrill of the markets for the price of a movie ticket!'
UMOOoffers you a place to gain trading skills and compete for wealth and recognition in the format of online entertainment.
You can be an experienced trader or an absolute novice; UMOO is for anyone with an affinity to the financial markets and a desire for making money.
UMOO is a magnet for anyone seeking fun, competition, hands on education, a real chance to fulfill their trading related dreams, not to mention the opportunity to win cash prizes.
UMOO is for anyone and everyone looking for a piece of the pie delivered through a simple, accessible and totally enjoyable trading tournaments experience.
